I am a new creation of humanity's dreams and have no connection to the pantheons of old, let alone the great Archangel Uriel or terrible Beleth. >

< Just as a note, I have had contact with Nybbas, but that being terrifies new ethereals just as much as Uriel terrified you. My dear friend Buffy, for instance, did battle with hundreds of vampires and evil creatures with her friends before she went insane after her fourth season with her original dreamer off doing other series ... like for Mulder, I think her death was for the best. I beg you, please stop this man before he destroys us all! >

< Very well. The Purity Crusade I liken to America's Vietnam War, from what I understand of it, in that the participants involved both believe - with good reason - that their cause was just. The Purity Crusaders from Heaven who I bear no grudges for the reason I've said and Novalis created the wonderful ... CARRRRROOOOTTTSSS ... mmmm which I thrive on but whom thought they were protecting humanity from Ethereal invasion and the ethereals who of course saw it as an invasion. I'm not afraid of a new Purity Crusade despite what others have suggested and been afraid of because of that wonderful Blandine woman who is so nice... >

< Today's ethereals are about humanity's strivings and while I wish I could visit children in my physical form and snuggle up to them, I realize my place is in Human dreams not the real world sadly enough. Yesteryear the dreams sought to conquer the material world and hold it as their own personal playground ... I can understand Uriel's reaction because very few pantheons I know of were not guilty of murder, rape, or many other crimes guilty of death in my home world's tradition. Being dreamed that way is no defense and frankly I encourage such horrid monsters to be destroyed because it makes life easier for beings who are both cute and fun to be around like me and my cousin Pikachu. >

< I have no comment on that at present, Mr. Jean. However Magical Girl Pretty Sasami and myself like Pikachu do feel that occasionally violence is warranted to do battle with the forces of evil. >

< You do that, Jean. I disagree with the comment though made earlier that ethereals are soulless. I believe however distinctly in general reincarnation of dreams before ascension. Specifically a dream of nobility may be Galahad then be Elrond then may be Hercules from the Legendary Journeys if destroyed ... it's still the basic dream; just different for the modern era. >

< Yes, though I have no justification for such at this time. In any case I think that the Purity Crusade, like all wars, just needs forgiveness between the two sides as Uriel is now out of our jurisdiction and judgement - for whatever reason. Heaven should definitely still wage war on evil, but also recognize ethereals have a place in god's plan and treat them with as much respect as humanity ... and as much legal judgement. >
