This amusing little artifact is much beloved by Servitors of Lust and Dark Humor. Essentially, it's a Will sapper: anyone holding one is at -2 per level in any roll to resist the Balseraph or Impudite resonance, provided that the demon is attempting to convince someone to partially disrobe. Servitors of Lust use it as a preliminary towards indulging themselves with a Rite: Pranksters just like to slip a few of them into a Mardi Gras celebration and wait for the fights to start.

A recent variant of this artifact instead gives a -1 per two levels to resist the Habbalite resonance, provided that the Punisher is attempting to invoke Fury. A few of these are perfect for starting your stereotypical drunken riot…
